With over 50 years of experience in the rope industry, Jimmy Hall is a seasoned expert in synthetic rope and rigging applications. His extensive knowledge and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Jimmy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and oversees sales for our government/military, utility, commercial marine, and other industrial products and services. His expertise ensures that our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their specific needs.

In addition to his sales responsibilities, Jimmy also manages our quality assurance program. He meticulously ensures that every product leaving OPR meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements.

Joey Dixon is our dedicated Commercial Fishing Sales Manager, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for customer service to our team. With a background in retail sales, customer service, and boat salvage and recovery, Joey's expertise is both broad and deep.

Growing up around the water, Joey played a crucial role in helping his family's clamming business thrive. This early exposure to the marine industry instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the commercial fishing industry.

Joey's top priority is always customer service. He believes in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs. His commitment to excellence and his personable approach make him a favorite among our customers and a vital part of our team.

Kris Selph brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our team, having been with the company for 25 years. Starting at I-Coopers Marine, a former subsidiary, Kris has grown alongside our company and now leads our Shipping and Receiving Department with exceptional skill and efficiency.

In addition to overseeing shipping and receiving, Kris is also our primary operator for tensile testing. His expertise ensures that our products meet the highest standards of strength and durability.

Kris's commitment to excellence and his deep understanding of our operations make him an invaluable asset to our team. His leadership and technical skills contribute significantly to our success and the satisfaction of our clients.

Kris scored a 90% on our forklift certification test—though we all know that was due to a contradictory question on the exam.

Connie Hudgins has been a cornerstone of our company for over 36 years. As our dedicated Office Manager, she oversees both accounts payable and accounts receivable with unmatched precision and care.
